Terms of Service
Applies to all memberships, class packs, introductory offers, casual passes, and event bookings

1. General Agreement
By purchasing or attending any class, event, or membership at Rauw Form Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Participant Waiver, Privacy Policy, and Child Booking Policy.
All participants are expected to follow studio guidelines to help maintain a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for everyone.
2. Introductory Offer
Our Intro Offer (2 weeks of unlimited classes for $59) is available only to new clients who have not previously attended Rauw Form Studio.
The offer activates from the date of purchase and expires 14 days later.
• No extensions, transfers, or refunds (except as required under Australian Consumer Law).
• Only one Intro Offer per person.
• All bookings must be made via the Momence app or website.
3. Memberships
3.1 Membership Types
• Part Time Lover (2× per week) — 12-week minimum commitment.
• Full Time Lover (Unlimited) — 12-week minimum commitment.
• Commitment Issues (Unlimited Flexi) — no lock-in term; cancel anytime with notice.
• Foundation Memberships — 12-week commitment period; limited-release pricing available only prior to studio opening.
Membership cycles begin from your first booking and automatically renew weekly unless cancelled.
3.2 Cooling-Off Period
All new memberships include a 48-hour cooling-off period from the date of purchase.
If you change your mind during this time, you can cancel without penalty by emailing hello@rauwform.com.au.
3.3 Pausing Memberships
Members may pause their membership for up to 6 weeks per calendar year (minimum pause period of 7 days).
Paused time does not count toward your initial commitment period.
Please provide at least 2 weeks’ notice for pause requests by email.
3.4 Cancellations
• A minimum of 2 weeks’ written notice is required to cancel any membership.
• Cancellations must be submitted via email to hello@rauwform.com.au.
• Cancelling within a commitment term may incur a break fee equal to the remaining balance of your membership period.
• Once a membership is cancelled, all unused sessions are forfeited.
3.5 Payments & Fees
• Memberships are billed weekly in advance via our payment provider (Stripe through Momence).
• Failed payments may result in suspension until the balance is cleared.
• Rauw Form Studio reserves the right to adjust membership pricing with a minimum 2 weeks’ written notice.
4. Class Packs & Casual Passes
• Casual Drop-In: valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
• 5× Class Pack: valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
• Mat Leave (Mums & Bubs 10× Pack): valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
All class packs and passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extendable, except in cases of medical emergency with supporting documentation.
5. Bookings, Cancellations & Waitlists
5.1 Class Cancellations
• A minimum of 8 hours’ notice is required to cancel a class booking.
• Late cancellations or no-shows for unlimited or foundation members incur a $10 fee.
• Class-pack holders forfeit the session for late cancellations or no-shows.
• Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class to allow time for check-in; late arrivals may be refused entry and marked as a no-show.
5.2 Class Minimums & Studio Cancellations
A minimum of two (2) participants is required for any class to proceed.
If fewer than two clients are booked, Rauw Form Studio reserves the right to cancel the class with at least 2 hours’ notice before start time.
• Class-pack and casual clients will have their session credited back.
• Unlimited members may attend an alternate class instead.
5.3 Waitlist Policy
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. You may be added up to 1 hour before class start time.
If you receive a text or email notification, you must confirm your spot within 10 minutes, otherwise it will be offered to the next person.
To avoid fees, please remove yourself from the waitlist if you can no longer attend.
6. Studio Etiquette & Conduct
• Arrive on time and check in prior to class start.
• Remove shoes and store belongings neatly in designated areas.
• Wipe down all mats and equipment after use.
• Be kind, respectful, and supportive of others in the space.
• Rauw Form Studio reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate memberships for unsafe behaviour, harassment, or disruption.
7. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk
By attending Rauw Form Studio, you acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks including injury, strain, or illness.
You agree to:
• Disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to class;
• Obtain medical clearance where necessary; and
• Participate at your own risk and comfort level.
Rauw Form Studio reserves the right to restrict or refuse participation if an instructor deems it unsafe for you to take part in class.
8. Minors & Parental Consent
Participants under 18 years of age must have a signed parent or guardian consent form prior to attending.
Guardians accept full responsibility for the minor’s participation and must remain present during classes involving infants (e.g., Mat Leave).
9. Personal Belongings & Lost Property
Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings while on the premises.
Rauw Form Studio accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
Items left for more than 24 hours will be moved to Lost Property and may be donated or disposed of after two weeks.
10. Photography & Media
Rauw Form Studio may occasionally capture photos and videos within the studio for promotional and marketing purposes.
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed unless you notify staff otherwise before class.
All media remains the property of Rauw Form Studio.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We respect your confidentiality and only use your data for operational, safety, and communication purposes related to Rauw Form Studio.
12. Refunds & Consumer Rights
All purchases are final. Rauw Form Studio does not offer refunds, transfers, or extensions for change of mind, illness, injury, or scheduling conflicts, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
If Rauw Form Studio cancels a class or event, a credit or rescheduling option will be provided.
13. Pricing & Policy Changes
Rauw Form Studio reserves the right to update prices, policies, or membership terms with a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice.
Updates will be communicated to all active members and published on our website.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Australian Consumer Law.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
15. Acceptance
By purchasing, booking, or attending a class at Rauw Form Studio, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them.
All clients acknowledge they are participating voluntarily and at their own risk.
