CANCELLATION POLICY

Late Cancellation

- A minimum of 8 hours' notice is required to cancel a class booking. Late cancelling is when you cancel your booked class within 8 hours of the scheduled class. Unlimited and Foundation Membership holders incur a $10 fee. Class pack holders forfeit the sessions.

No Shows

- A "no-show" is when you do not attend or cancel your scheduled class. Unlimited and Foundation Membership holders incur a $10 fee. Class pack holders forfeit the sessions.

Waitlist

- If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. You may be added up to 1 hour before class start time.

If you receive a text or email notification, you must confirm your spot within 10 minutes, otherwise it will be offered to the next person.

To avoid fees, please remove yourself from the waitlist if you can no longer attend. Treat the waitlist as if it were a class booking. 

Pausing Memberships

- Members may pause their membership for up to 6 weeks per calendar year (minimum pause period of 7 days).

Paused time does not count toward your initial commitment period.

Please provide at least 2 weeks’ notice for pause requests by email.
